We are in a new sermon series ‘New Life in the New Year’ based on 2 Corinthians, exploring how Christ Jesus gives us new life and light in the midst of a profoundly fallen and dark world.  We always have to begin with the old life - illness, hardship, mistreatment, sin - which we mostly experience.  We acknowledge that and ask Jesus to enter into it and move to all four corners of our bodies and the earth through his Epiphany. We will sing these songs and hymns on 1/25.  Praise ; Trust In God ;  Lord of All Good ; Glorious Things of Thee Are Spoken .  We are thrilled to welcome Tehilla Church to our Fireside and Covenant Rooms on Friday and Sunday nights beginning in February.  They are a Spanish speaking congregation who will be filling our halls with ‘Tehilla’ which means praise or glory in Hebrew.  Thanks to our Deacons for blessing the children of our communities with Christmas presents.
