Trinity Staff
Dr. Mary Graves
Senior Pastor
Mary Graves
Email mgraves@trinity-pres.org

Mary is a nationally acclaimed preacher whose sermons continually draw people into God’s word and out into service. “I feel like she is speaking just to me,” is the comment of many.

Mary received her Masters of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary and her doctorate in spirituality from San Francisco Theological Seminary. She began her pastorate at Trinity in September 1996.

Mary’s goal is that people experience God’s liberating love first-hand in Christian community and bring that liberating love to a world desperate to receive it.

Mary's vision for Trinity:

There are many voices competing for our attention. Listening daily to Jesus calling us to follow him, and finding the courage to live his servant love in the world is the work of Christ’s church. We cannot do that alone; we need one another.

Josh Rowley,
Associate Pastor
Email jrowley@trinity-pres.org

Josh Rowley's areas of focus include Small Groups and the Adult Ministry Team, Long Range Planning and Youth Ministry. His desire is for all of these ministries to be Christ-centered, helping people to be and to make followers of Jesus. He believes that God's people are not only called to the church to be fed, but also sent out from the church to feed. Put another way, the church as a place is a space to inhale the gospel; the church as a people is a countercultural community that seeks opportunities in the world to exhale the gospel.

Josh graduated from Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary in 2000. He served as a solo pastor in Oklahoma for over three years before being called to Trinity in late November of 2003. He and his wife, Amy, have two children, Sydney and Aidan.

Evan Chung,
Youth Director
Evan Chung
Email echung@trinity-pres.org

Evan joined Trinity staff in August 2008 and is excited about doing ministry with Senior and Junior High students. His goal in the Youth programs at Trinity is to focus on building relationships with and between the current students and students from the community. Evan sees a more relational approach coupled with intentional discipleship as key and foundational in youth ministry. He hopes to help grow a community of young believers who can thoughtfully live out their faith as a response to God’s saving grace.

Originally from Southern California, Evan comes to us from the East Bay Area where he graduated from UC Berkeley and worked as a college and university ministry intern for two years at First Presbyterian Church of Berkeley. He and his wife, Angie, now live near Stanford to make commuting for Angie easier as she continues her graduate work in geophysics.

Evan loves photography, playing soccer, and long walks on the beach after a candle-lit dinner. Is that a joke? You decide.
