As a resident in our neighborhood since 1958, Trinity is grateful for our local community. We would like to give you a chance to see and hear about our plans for the future.

Specifically, we plan to improve:

• Accessibility, by adding a new elevator tower along with other interior improvements.
• Safety, by adding a walkway along our mid-level parking.
• Attractiveness, by upgrading our landscaping along Brittan Avenue and around our parking areas.

Our existing buildings and parking areas will remain the same, and our regular programs will continue as they do now.

Our contractors will strictly observe the City of San Carlos Municipal Codes regulating construction hours. We also take your safety and ours very seriously, and will maintain a secure construction site. We will monitor our progress carefully to ensure that we are respectful of all our San Carlos neighbors.
